By using the services of Cleaner Services Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services Provided
Cleaner Services Inc. offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Services include but are not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, office cleaning, and specialized services as agreed upon with the client. -
Booking and Cancellations

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.

In the event of rescheduling, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Payment

Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning or as otherwise agreed upon prior to the service.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Liability

Cleaner Services Inc. takes great care to provide high-quality cleaning services. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues (e.g., fragile items, unsteady furniture, or stains that are not removable).

Clients are encouraged to remove or safeguard any valuable or delicate items before services are rendered.

Cleaner Services Inc. is not liable for any damages to personal property or any injuries caused during the cleaning service unless caused by negligence on our part.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that the cleaning area is clear of obstacles or hazards that may impede our services.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any specific instructions or areas that require special attention.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Cleaner Services Inc. respects your privacy and will not disclose any personal information or details about your property to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Cleaner Services Inc. reserves the right to refuse service if any inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or actions that violate local laws are present during the cleaning service.

Service Guarantee

At Cleaner Services Inc., we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every cleaning service.

We offer a walkthrough before and/or after the cleaning service to ensure that your specific needs and expectations are met. This allows us to clarify any special instructions and guarantee that the work is to your satisfaction.

Accidents and Damages

While we take the utmost care in cleaning your property, accidents may occasionally occur. If damage occurs during the cleaning process, Cleaner Services Inc. will assess the situation and provide a resolution. Liability for damages is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected item, with prior written approval from the client.

Pricing and Estimates

Prices are subject to change based on the size of the property, the complexity of the job, or any additional services requested. If the initial estimate needs to be adjusted, you will be notified and must approve the new price before proceeding with the service.

Subcontractors

Cleaner Services Inc. may use subcontractors or employees to perform cleaning services. All subcontractors will be held to the same standards of professionalism and quality as our primary team.

Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure to perform obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to events outside their reasonable control, including but not limited to, extreme weather, natural disasters, illness, or governmental actions.

Non-Solicitation

The client agrees not to directly solicit or hire any employee or subcontractor of Cleaner Services Inc. for cleaning or related services during the term of the contract and for six months following the termination of services.

Health and Safety Compliance

Cleaner Services Inc. adheres to all local health and safety guidelines while performing services. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any health-related concerns that may affect the cleaning process.

Pets and Allergies
-
Clients are responsible for informing us about any pets in the home or allergies that may affect our cleaning. We take precautions to minimize any risks; however, clients should secure pets or sensitive items before our team arrives.

Equipment and Supplies

Cleaner Services Inc. provides all necessary cleaning products and equipment. If the client prefers to use their own cleaning supplies, this must be communicated in advance, and we are not responsible for the performance of the cleaning service if the client-provided products are inadequate.

Access to Property

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available or if there are issues with keys, codes, or alarms, the client will be responsible for any additional charges or rescheduling fees.

Eco-Friendly Practices

Cleaner Services Inc. is committed to using environmentally responsible cleaning products wherever possible. If you prefer specific eco-friendly products or practices, please notify us in advance.

Unforeseen Conditions

If our team encounters unforeseen conditions, such as excessive clutter, biohazards, or other issues that could hinder cleaning or pose a safety risk, we may need to adjust the scope of work or suspend the cleaning service. The client will be notified in advance of any necessary changes to the service.

Referral Program

Cleaner Services Inc. offers a referral program where clients can receive discounts or rewards for referring new customers. Terms and conditions for the referral program will be outlined separately and may change from time to time.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Cleaner Services Inc. reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to services rendered after the update.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other to discuss the issue. If informal resolution is not successful within a reasonable timeframe, the dispute may proceed to formal resolution.

Arbitration: In the event that the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve the dispute by binding arbitration, rather than through litigation, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall be conducted in [your city, state, or country] under the rules of [name the arbitration organization, e.g., the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or similar organization], which will be the governing body overseeing the arbitration process.

Any legal action or proceeding under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [your city, state, or country], and both parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Sexual Harassment Policy

Cleaner Services Inc. is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for both clients and employees. Sexual harassment, including unwelcome advances, inappropriate comments, gestures, or any behavior of a sexual nature, will not be tolerated in any form.

If a client, employee, or subcontractor experiences or witnesses sexual harassment, they are encouraged to report it immediately to Cleaner Services Inc. management. All complaints will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and addressed appropriately.

Any employee found to have engaged in sexual harassment will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Clients found engaging in sexual harassment may have their services terminated immediately, without a refund, and may be prohibited from using Cleaner Services Inc. services in the future.

Cleaner Services Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment, and we strive to ensure that all parties feel comfortable and respected during any interactions.
